Q: What is the minimum order I can place?
A: Our minimum order value is £75.
Q: What about delivery charges?
A: Our standard delivery cost is £6.00 (+VAT) for weekdays. If your weekday order value is over £150, delivery is free of charge. Due to the very high shipping costs for weekend deliveries there is a flat fee of £9.00 (+VAT) for Saturday deliveries, irrespective of the order value.
Q: When do you deliver?
A: We deliver on your day of choice, Tuesday to Saturday. There may be some restrictions around deliveries on bank holidays. Please check our calendar picker for open delivery dates.
Q: When’s the latest I can place an order for next-day delivery?
A: Last orders for next-day delivery can be taken up to 12:00 on the previous day, although we don’t deliver on a Sunday or Monday. Our order and delivery schedule is below.

Q: Who is your delivery partner?
A: We use DPD to deliver our cakes to all of the UK mainland. Unfortunately due to the frozen nature of our cakes we cannot send out to non-mainland addresses or the Islands & Highlands of Scotland as DPD cannot guarantee next day delivery.
