Once baked and cooled, we blast freeze our vegan cakes to preserve their flavour and freshness. Then we slice them into 14 generous portions, package them up and deliver to you with next-day delivery. Defrosting our vegan cakes is easy – they’ll defrost within an hour, so you can top up your counter throughout the day, reducing food waste and keeping a well-stocked display at all times.
