With our range of wholesale very low gluten cakes and traybakes, nobody needs to go without a treat! With cakes, brownies and tortes on offer, we have plenty of very low gluten bakes to choose from. 

Our bakers enjoy a good challenge, and they’ve got creative to ensure our very low gluten cakes are as delicious as our entire range of wholesale cakes. By using high quality ingredients including ground and chopped nuts, mixed seeds, dried fruit, golden syrup and fresh fruit and vegetables, our bakers turn out delectably moist and light bakes every time. In fact, they’re so good, we find many people opt for a slice without even realising they’re very low gluten. 

Every product we sell is handmade by us in our Kent kitchen. We regularly taste test our batches to ensure each is as delicious as the last. Once our very low gluten bakes are cool, we blast-freeze them, ensuring they’ll be as flavourful and fresh when they get to you as when they came out of the oven. Once frozen, we slice them into 14, 16 or 18 portions. Then they’re packaged in sustainable, robust trays and boxes, ready for next-day delivery to you, six days a week.
